The Pina Colada Green Smoothie
2 Cups Spinach
1 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
1 Medium Banana
2 Tablespoons shredded coconut
1-2 Tablespoons Flax Seed (make sure it's ground flax!)
1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
TIPS: BLEND GREENS AND COCONUT WITH MILK BEFORE ADDING FRUIT.
Yields 2 Servings
